Frequently Asked Questions
What should I bring/wear to participate in a holiday camp?
We would recommend wearing sports or PE kit and trainers - it would also be ideal for you to bring a waterproof and an extra warm layer, just in case! You should also have with you: a packed lunch, water bottle and any medication that might be required (this can be handed to camp staff at drop-off).
Is there parking at the venue?
Unfortunately, there is no parking at the school venue so we suggest parking on Valley road and walking up to the school to drop-off.
I need to drop-off earlier than 10am or pick-up later than 3pm!
We have limited spaces available each day for early drop-off at 9am and late pick-up at 4pm. Both are charged at an additional £10.00 per child per day.
Do you have a food policy?
Yes, we have a strict food policy to protect our participants who may have nut allergies. Everyone must bring their own packed lunch and no one is to share any food. No one is permitted to bring nut products for their lunch. Please make sure to check the ingredients of your children's food and make sure there are no nuts present.
I have a last minute booking request, what should I do?
Ideally, all booking requests will be made through the Contact Us page on our website, but we appreciate that plans can change unexpectedly and that this may not always be possible. Where you can, please give our staff as much prior notice as possible that you intend for your child to attend our camp. You can do this by emailing admin@rfcacademy.
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer a Buy 1 Get 1 Half Price for sibling bookings and 10% when you book your spaces 2 weeks prior to the start of camp.
How many children can join a camp?
Due to the size of the venue, we are limited to 80 participants per day and so we operate our bookings on a first come first serve basis. Your booking is only confirmed once we have received payment so please prioritise this to avoid your space being given to someone else!
